What you will be doing
As a Sales Academy Consultant EMEA at Ricoh, you’d be responsible for diagnosing capability and performance gaps at various levels, ensuring alignment with Ricoh’s strategic direction. You’d design and deliver learning and coaching interventions to enhance sales behaviours and results while fostering peer-to-peer learning through curated communities of practice.
Additionally, you’d lead end-to-end projects that integrate learning strategies with Ricoh’s commercial objectives, ensuring measurable impact across all sales channels. A key part of the role involves launching and scaling collaborative learning communities to reinforce new skills and sustain behavioral change.
