The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new accounts and the retention of existing customers, consistently meeting or exceeding established sales targets by delivering excellent customer service. It involves regular client visits to maintain strong relationships, resolve recurring issues related to revenue, operations, billing, and collections, and identify new business opportunities. The role also includes keeping customers informed of updated shipment policies, rates, and logistics services, as well as providing timely after-sales support and updates on cargo statuses.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of any four-year course with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service and sales-related functions . They must possess strong communication skills and demonstrate good analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, negotiation, relationship-building, and coordination skills....
