Sales Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
• Support new client acquisition through prospecting and lead generation.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve revenue targets.

Operational Coordination

• Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and transport teams to ensure service delivery.
• Monitor account performance and service quality.
