• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead targeting strategies
• Create and manage outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social channels
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results
• Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment
• Strong communication and research skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-gen tools
