Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads for turnkey construction projects

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations

Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts

Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and project teams

Negotiate terms and close sales in line with company targets
