Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare and send quotations, and register customer orders.
  • Coordinates with sales, finance, and logistics to meet deadlines for deliveries and payments.
  • Maintain sales and customer records.
  • Support sales and marketing related activities
  • Suggests and implements improvementsin the sales administration process.
  • Reports on sales metricsand suggests improvements.
  • Prepares sales forecasts(monthly and annual).
  • Uses customer feedbackto ensure. improve processes.
    • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or business administration
  • Min 5 years of professional experience, in related technical sales function within the industrial sector.
  • Ability to handle technical and commercial topics
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficiency of English language, German is a plus.
