Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, leading account management efforts, identifying and generating sales leads, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. As part of the team, you will play an integral role in driving client success and supporting the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Degree equivalent in related field.
Bi-lingual proficiency in Mandarin & English languages.
Discipline, self-motivated and independent.
Computer literate.
Experience preferred but not essential.
