Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • • Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
  • • Keep these relationships healthy and identify opportunities to sell new services or products that may be relevant to existing customers.
  • • Account managers must interact with the sales team to generate sales and meet goals and deadlines, coordinate with the client and the company to establish budgets, and identify new sales opportunities for and solve conflicts with existing accounts.
  • • They interact often with clients as they seek to maintain and expand their organization’s customer base.
  • • Account Managers are tasked with ensuring client satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact between an organization and its customers.
