Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Understand client goals and align solutions to meet their needs
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services
- Prepare and deliver account reviews, proposals, and presentations
- Monitor account performance, renewals, and contract compliance
- Address client concerns, issues, and escalations in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate account records and activity updates in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed revenue retention and growth targets
