The Sales Account Manager - Real Estate Sector will have the following responsibilities :


  • Actively sell investment real estate

  • Follow up leads quickly and efficiently

  • Guide clients from first contact to closing

  • Focus on closing deals, not just managing files

  • Work closely with the Sales Director to maximize opportunities






  • Strong commercial instinct and natural ability to build trust

  • Comfortable working independently (self-employed status)

  • Passionate about real estate and investment

  • Previous experience in sales

  • Professional, persuasive, and energetic communicator

  • Ambitious and flexible






  • Commission structure of 2-3% per sale

  • No earnings cap - performance directly drives income

  • Ambitious team
