Sales Accounting Assistant

Job Summary:

The Sales Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting the accounting and sales teams by ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of sales transactions. This role handles sales invoices, accounts receivable documentation, and reconciliation of sales-related records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
• At least 1 year of experience in sales recording and reconciliation is preferred but not required
• Proficient in MS Office and other similar computer software
• Familiarity with accounting software and systems
• Detail-oriented and accurate with strong attention to data integrity
• Organized and able to manage time effectively, especially when handling daily tasks and monthly reports
