Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Admin department to handle day-to‑day activities
- Liaise with lawyer, purchaser and financier on execution of legal documents and disbursement on time
- To check the accuracy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentation and other relevant documents related to the sales
- Assist in handling documentation on Memorandum of Transfer and Strata Title
- Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing department related to the sales documentation
- Assist in generate progress billing, issuance of reminder and collection of payment
- Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & update into System
- Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in Property Development/ Real Estate Management /Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years working exper...
