Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Admin department to handle day-to‑day activities
  • Liaise with lawyer, purchaser and financier on execution of legal documents and disbursement on time
  • To check the accuracy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentation and other relevant documents related to the sales
  • Assist in handling documentation on Memorandum of Transfer and Strata Title
  • Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing department related to the sales documentation
  • Assist in generate progress billing, issuance of reminder and collection of payment
  • Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & update into System
  • Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Property Development/ Real Estate Management /Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years working exper...
