Sales & Admin. Assistant / Officer
Responsibilities:
· Assist Sales Admin department to handle day-to-day activities
· Liaise with lawyer, purchaser and financier on execution of legal documents and disbursement on time
· To check the accuracy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentation and other relevant documents related to the sales
· Assist in handling documentation on Memorandum of Transfer and Strata Title
· Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing department related to the sales documentation
· Assist in generate progress billing, issuance of reminder and collection of payment
· Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & update into System
· Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree holder in Property Development/ Real Estate Management /Business Administration or equivalent
