1- Key-in new orders and issuance of official receipt.
2- Submission of e-Hakmilik and registration (e-Daftar) for new vehicle sales.
3- Invoicing of orders.
4- Closing of files and ensure all documents are in order.
5- Issue insurance cover note for new vehicle sales.
6- Handling issues pertaining to insurance for new vehicle sales.
7- Assist in customer insurance renewal.
8- Follow up on reimbursements of Hire Purchase loans from banks after invoicing.
9- Any other jobs that assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1- Minimum Diploma in Business OR equivalent related experience.
2- At least two (2) years of working experience in automotive, business management and administration would be an advantage.
3- Must be hands on, details oriented and dedicated.
4- Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
