Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Development team in all processing bidding documents for submission.
- Perform clerical tasks including typing, filing and completion of simple forms.
- Operate office machines including but not limited to copiers, scanners, phone, laptops, and other standard equipment.
- Maintain files and records organized so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Monitor stock of office supplies for the department.
- Perform other office duties as assigned by the management.
- Visit government agencies and other business partners of the department to deliver and/or pick up documents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management that is related to the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related course
