Sales Admin & Credit Control

Responsibilities

• Liaison with purchasers, solicitors and end-financiers on Sales and Purchase Agreement, loan documentations, vacant possession, sub-sales, refinancing and perfection of transfer.
• Ensure timely receipt of signed Loan Agreements or Assignments and other relevant loan documents from financiers' solicitors for Director's execution.
• Monitor reminders, termination, and sales forfeiture actions to ensure compliance with the terms outlined in the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
• Monitor and ensure timely issuance of progress billings and collections from purchasers and end-financiers.
• Ensure that miscellaneous billings, such as Maintenance Fees, Security Fees, Quit Rent, Assessment, and utility deposits, are issued to purchasers upon vacant possession.
