What you'll be doing

• The interface between the sales team, customers, and warehouse.
• Responsible for order processing and oversees cycle of order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery as per agreed schedule with customer.
• Provide internal sales support to outdoor Sales Executive and provide customer service at our online platform.
• Processing of sales orders, invoices, and credit notes via the system with supporting documents.
