Sales & Admin Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at PolyGreen Chemicals (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth running of our operations in Klang, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling incoming customer inquiries and orders, providing excellent customer service
2. Conduct site visits to understand better customers' needs and requirements
3. Assist in preparation of quotations, reports, proposals and sales presentations.
4. Monitor and follow-up on leads, inquiries and pending orders
5. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, logistic and administrative personnels
6. Maintain and update customer records and sales database
