Job Description
What you will do:
Support lead generation through market research and prospect list management
Assist with client outreach, follow-ups, and appointment coordination
Help prepare and process quotations, proposals, tenders, and sales documentation
Maintain sales pipeline records, generate reports, and assist with forecasting
Liaise with clients on inquiries, contract discussions, and renewals
Provide administrative support to help the team achieve sales targets and marketing initiatives
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
At least 2 years of sales or business development experience (contact centre experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
