Sales Admin Internship

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our Sales team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various Sales functions and understand the daily operations of an Sales department.

Responsibilities:

• Issue O/R & Payment summary then submit to finance (if any)
• NSK Trade City – merchandiser will share propose order signed by outlets buyer & return slip. MUST ATTCHED RETURN SLIP WITH PO
• Return Slip – NSK Trade City, NSK Grocer
• Propose order via EPO system, check PO approval
• Key in order via Galileo system then sync order – email PO & return slip to CSL(KIP), Logistic (SME)
• NSK Grocer & NSK Trade City login EPO system to key PO order
• Star Grocer & Whole Food – merchandiser take outlets stock card & propose order to buyer – follow up PO - Intern
• Top Zeller & Super Seven EPO System
• NSK Meru – TopZeller EPO system key ...
