About the role

Borneo Ventures is seeking a diligent and organised Sales Admin to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage sales orders, invoices and other sales documentation
  2. Liaise with customers to address queries and resolve issues
  3. Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports
  4. Provide general administrative support to the sales team
  5. Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
  6. Perform data entry and other clerical duties as required
