About the role
Borneo Ventures is seeking a diligent and organised Sales Admin to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage sales orders, invoices and other sales documentation
- Liaise with customers to address queries and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
- Perform data entry and other clerical duties as required
