About the role

Join the dynamic team at 7land Sdn Bhd ( RZ Wedding And Event Hall ) as a full-time Sales Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient client management and order processing. The role is based in Kubang Semang, Penang.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling incoming sales enquiries and orders from clients
2. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management
3. Processing sales orders and liaising with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery
4. Maintaining and updating customer information in the system
5. Assisting with sales reporting and analysis
6. Providing excellent customer service to clients
7. Supporting other administrative tasks as required
