Job Description
The Sales Admin will provide administrative and documentation support for the BYD sales operations, ensuring seamless transactions, accurate records, and compliance with company and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and process sales contracts, invoices, and related documents.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer files.
Coordinate with finance, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely vehicle releases.
Provide administrative support to the sales consultants and sales head.
Monitor inventory availability and assist in sales reporting.
Handle customer inquiries related to documentation and transactions.
Ensure compliance with BYD sales policies and procedures.
Qualifications
