Our client is a Japanese MNC in Food Products Distribution . Due to business expansion, they are currently seeking an Operations Officer – Order Processing to support their growing operations team. The company is located in Singapore (North) and is easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities

• Process and generate sales orders accurately in the system.
• Review inventory records to confirm stock availability.
• Verify customer details and order instructions prior to issuing picking lists.
• Communicate order updates or amendments to relevant internal departments.
• Liaise with Sales and Finance teams on enquiries, order matters, stock levels payment processing, and credit control.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
