Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate quotes for capital equipment, spare parts, wear parts, and services
• Perform order processing following internal PO/Contract approval procedures; manage order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices using SAP
• Coordinate machine shipments from China and Germany, liaising with freight forwarders and customs to ensure timely delivery
• Manage import/export of spare parts and maintain inventory compliance
• Handle billing and collections, including monitoring accounts receivable and following up on overdue payments
• Update and maintain customer data in SAP and CRM systems
• Manage customer correspondence regarding orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales matters
• Support the planning and execution of customer events
