About the role
The Sales Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure efficient sales processes, accurate documentation, and timely coordination with internal departments and external clients. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end order processing across online selling platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and other sales channels, including product listing, order fulfillment, and customer coordination. The position also handles sales transactions for walk-in customers, prepares sales documentation and reports, and ensures accurate processing, timely order release, and a positive customer experience. This full-time position is based in Grace Park West, South Caloocan City.
