SALES ADMINISTRATOR – PPE INDUSTRY
Location: Pretoria East Salary: R 13 000 – R 16 000 Start Date: ASAP NB ONLY APPLICANTS FROM THE PPE INDUSTRY NEED APPLY!!!! Sales Administration- Process sales orders accurately and timeously
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes
- Capture and manage orders on the internal system
- Maintain accurate customer and pricing records
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and backorders
- Sound knowledge of PPE products (safety footwear, gloves, masks, helmets, workwear, etc.)
- Advise customers on appropriate PPE products in line with safety standards
- Ensure correct product specifications, sizing, and compliance requirements
- Liaise with suppliers regarding PPE availability, lead times, and certifications
