Job Description
Prepare and ensure the accuracy of sales illustrations requested by business partners and sales consultants.
Maintain consistent engagement with sales consultants to assist in the preparation and management of insurance applications.
Provide professional and timely updates to team members and sales consultants regarding the status of insurance applications.
Accurately and promptly input client, meeting, and case file information into the CRM system.
Submit new business documents accurately and within the required timeframe.
Support team members with sales illustrations, case management, medical requirements, and presentations.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as MAS regulatory requirements.
Liaise between the New Business and Finance teams regarding paid reports and other business and financial reports.
