Job Profile Summary
- Manages strategic customer accounts with attention to maintaining strong relationships with existing customer base
- Crucial link between the company's internal teams (e.g., design, engineering, respective regional sales team, marketing, planner) and external global manufacturing partners.
- Exploring additional sales opportunities, and resolution of issues.
- Responsible for supporting in generating profitable growth with existing customer base and identifying new opportunities.
- Building and maintains strong relationships with a specific group of customers; responsible for issuing sales quotes, customer inquiry, goods expedite, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationship, especially in high-pressure or ambiguous situations.
