Job Description
Manage and maintain office records, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
· Maintain an organized filing and documentation system for easy retrieval and tracking.
· Process and monitor all Travel Authority requests for employees, including local and out-of-town assignments.
· Ensure all travel requests are properly documented, approved, and compliant with company and government regulations.
· Coordinate with concerned departments regarding travel schedules, itineraries, and supporting documents.
· Maintain a master log of approved travel authorities and related clearances.
· Assist in arranging transportation, accommodation, and travel-related bookings for employees and management.
· Coordinate with suppliers or service providers for official travel needs.
