Due to expansion, a well- established property development group with a project strong presence within Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administration Manager to lead and streamline its sales support operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor the sales admin team, fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• To monitor, prepare and follow up with sales agent, lawyers and purchaser on legal documentation, legal fees for Sales & Purchase Agreement, Mortgage Loan for all project
• Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, Credit Control, and Project teams) to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of sales admin-related tasks.
