About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our sales team and daily operations. This role suits someone who enjoys coordination, documentation and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotation, Sales Orders, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales order processes.
  • Coordinate delivery and shipment schedules.
  • Handle customer enquiries via calls, messages and emails.
  • Support daily administrative operations with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow internal procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Independent, detail-oriented and well organised.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic PC knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, Documentation).
