About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our sales team and daily operations. This role suits someone who enjoys coordination, documentation and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotation, Sales Orders, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales order processes.
- Coordinate delivery and shipment schedules.
- Handle customer enquiries via calls, messages and emails.
- Support daily administrative operations with minimal supervision.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow internal procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
- Independent, detail-oriented and well organised.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic PC knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, Documentation).
