Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our internal sales function within a busy manufacturing environment.

This role is pivotal in ensuring:

• Customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Account queries are resolved promptly
• Quotations are actively followed up to drive conversion
• Communication between Sales, Finance, Production and Customers runs smoothly

The successful candidate will act as a key link between customers, BDMs, accounts and production to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
