JOB SCOPE

DAILY:

• Assist customers in placing Delivery Orders accurately via phone or WhatsApp
• Ensure all orders are submitted before the cut-off time
• Check with salesman or Management Office (MO) when customers request discounts
• Make price adjustments based on customer entitlement or group descriptions
• Send accurate Invoices or E-Invoices according to customer orders
• Forward customer payments to the Payment Group
• Prepare Invoices for stock-on-hand based on details provided by salesmen

EXTRA:

• Collect payments from overdue customers
• Update and maintain the latest Debtor Statements
• Issue Credit Notes when customers cancel orders
• Inform the warehouse or Management Office (MO) for urgent orders
• Tag salesmen when customers send pre-order lists
• Settle pre-order lists once pre-order stock is received
