Responsibilities
Handling of Intercompany business including maintenance of prices and volumes for controlling & sales planning, creation of sales orders, invoices and return orders in alignment with plants;
Clarification of discrepancies in series invoices regarding warranty topics with quality and plants and creation of credit or debit notes accordingly in SAP;
Clearing of discrepancies in self-billing process with alignment with plants and customer groups and creation of credit or debit notes;
Manage customer templates for long term supplier declaration including alignment with customs manager, collection of required approvals and transfer to the customer.
