Fersa is seeking a full-time BackOffice / Sales & Office Administrator to join our Monterrey team and support the coordination of sales and shipments for our North America operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. As part of a growing subsidiary, this role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the efficient operation of the business while collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
The successful candidate will be fully bilingual in English and Spanish to provide seamless support to North American customers, and will leverage the AI tools available within Fersa to streamline order entry and back-office processes.
