Duties and Responsibility
Assist and Support Sales Team in preparing quotations, collection orders, job orders, delivery notes and invoices.
Managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, whatsapp messages etc.) on behalf of the Sales & Marketing team.
Prepare and coordinate the weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales & Marketing team.
Make appointment with customers and suppliers as required.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
Candidate must be PC Literate.
Candidate who possess working experience in office environment will be added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to speak fluently and have good writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
