Job Description
Job Summary:
The Sales Administrator provides administrative and documentation support to the sales team, ensuring accurate preparation of sales proposals, agreements, and related materials, while coordinating with internal teams to support efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, and customize sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Assist in drafting contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Maintain updated proposal templates, pricing sheets, and service decks.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales documents before submission.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Recruitment, Finance, Operations) for proposal inputs and approvals.
