Sales Administrator

This role supports the sales and operations of Creative Eateries' Catering division by managing inquiries, coordinating catered events, and assisting with administrative and sales related tasks.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Submit and manage tender applications on government procurement platforms
Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events by managing outside solicitation and incoming inquiries.
Use creative planning in the design and structure of catered events & menus
Working closely with clients to include handling inquiries related to food and beverage
Coordinate with internal food production and service team - Staff, Servers, Chefs, Runners to ensure the successful execution of catered functions
Conduct site inspection prior to events commencement
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
