Role Profile:
As a Sales Advisor, your key accountabilities will be to recommend and assist customers in selecting the ideal product suitable for their individual preferences and needs. You will also be expected to build and maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention.
Location : Mega Bangna / Siam Paragon
Responsibilities: 
Provide professional consultation to customers on coffee machines, accessories, and consumables
Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits clearly
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Upsell and cross-sell related products
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
Ensure product displays, counters, and demo machines are clean and well-presented
Maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee machines, brewing methods, and brand positioning
