About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Advisor to join our team at TSM Automobile Sdn Bhd' in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through the sales process to help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and matching them with the most suitable vehicle options
2. Conducting test drives and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles
3. Providing detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing, financing, and after-sales services
4. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
