Sales Advisor

We are looking for a Sales Advisor at ITSTEP Academy Kuala Lumpur — a leader in IT education for adults and children.

Requirements

• We're on the same path if:
• You are eager to earn a lot;
• You are proficient in English (Banana fluency is a plus);
• You are ready to learn and develop in sales and online education;
• You love selling valuable educational products;

Responsibilities

• Handle hot leads (no cold calls) and sell IT courses;
• Make many calls to hot leads – identify needs, convey product value, address objections;
• Assist with application processing and payments;
• Send additional info via messengers if necessary;
• Maintain CRM records.
