Job Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Promote and sell toy products to retail stores, wholesalers, and direct customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell new toy lines to increase revenue.

2. Product Knowledge

• Maintain a deep understanding of toy features, safety standards, age-appropriateness, and trends.
• Demonstrate how toys work to clients, buyers, and customers.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with store managers, distributors, and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis
