Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales.
• Manage dispatch operations and coordinate with drivers/teams.
• Negotiate rates and close deals professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and dispatch details.
• Follow company sales processes and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Handle customer queries and ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong English communication (spoken & written).
• Sales-driven mindset with confidence on calls.
• Basic computer skills (CRM, spreadsheets, call systems).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Prior sales or dispatch experience is a plus (but not mandatory).
