Sales Agent

Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company operating across 23 countries, is looking for a performance-driven B2C Sales Agent to promote and sell Cartrack solutions to both new and existing consumer clients.

Responsibilities:

• Make inbound/outbound calls to prospective consumer clients and ensure that targets are met.
• Ensure proper authentication of information to align with the Cartrack quality standards.
• Achieve a Debicheck success rate of 85-90%.
• Accurate data capturing.
• Ensure compliance with the POPI Act.
• Obtain referrals from current clients.
• Generate quotations and follow-up.
• Obtain client information and complete subscription form on behalf of the client.
• Submit completed and signed subscriber agreement to sales admin for capturing.
• Fitments need to be scheduled with client on Dynamic and follow up on scheduled fitments.
