Role Overview

Onsolar is hiring a Sales Agent to drive solar sales in Coron and nearby areas. This role is revenue-focused. Your primary mandate is to generate leads, close deals, and consistently hit targets. You will represent Onsolar’s residential and commercial solar solutions on the ground.

This is a field-based role involving client meetings, site visits, and active follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through walk-ins, referrals, site visits, and local networking
• Present and explain solar solutions to residential and commercial clients
• Conduct basic site assessments and coordinate with the technical team
• Prepare quotations and assist clients throughout the sales process
• Close sales and meet weekly and monthly revenue targets
