• At least 2 years of experience providing exceptional customer service
• Mode: Hybrid in Guadalajara
• Location: Av. Chapultepec Sur
• Work schedule: Two days at home and three days in the office, between 8–9 AM to 4-5 PM
• English: Advanced
• Invoicing experience: managing the process of creating, sending, and managing invoices, payment management, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring accurate charges
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Assist in customer retention and sales growth
