Job Description
The Sales and Administrative Support Staff provides operational and administrative assistance to the Sales team to ensure smooth daily operations. This role supports sales coordination, documentation, reporting, customer communication, and general office administration to help achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles (fresh graduates may apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
