Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers
Promote company services/products and handle inquiries from prospective clients
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports
Monitor and follow up on sales leads and opportunities
Coordinate with clients for meetings, contracts, and ongoing support
Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, including documentation, records management, and office coordination
Prepare and maintain accurate reports, correspondence, and internal documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
