Job Description

  1. Drive IVD Sales Result by means of providing academic support and train sales team/ distributors / accounts including their employees. It is inherent to this role the creation of presentation material with guidance and collaboration with the Global or Region, cascade and Perform product presentation.
  2. Perform in account profiling, KOL Development , Demand Creation and generate leads via Regular coverage / Fieldwork and convention manning.
  3. Receive and respond to technical inquiries from customers (distributors,accounts)
  4. Manage and solve customers complaints on application-related matters (distributors , accounts)
  5. Prepare customer bulletin and troubleshooting letters for distribution to customers on application related updates and issues.
  6. Collaborate with Field Service Engineer to promptly resolve technical and application related issues.
